KPI's

Most clients I believe, want to see revenue from the KPI's. I think that if a client can see a strong social media presence, then that gives them more room to get excited about. Clients will want to know what sort of leads you will have, the potential growth rate that is involved with your business. The more leads you have brings you back to the more revenue you make. Having a high customer value helps to devise future business goals. By reaching your customers with surveys can show you where you stand within your customer base.

Having a social media analytics to track the tour flow going to your site will help you to monitor your KPI's. The surveys that are taken will need to be carefully monitored as well. Both forms whether via paper style or again from an analytics site for your reviews. The online tracking will be easier to see how many people were on your site and how many actually filled out the survey and how many actually avoiding taking the time. Also determining is your website actually gaining you new leads or not is imperative as well.

Season Ticket Sales Rise

The way we raise season ticket sales might not be an easy task, but we have some perks that will only be available for those who are season ticket holders. We did a poll for what people hate the most from coming to the arena and what prevented them from coming more often. The results we got the most were a lack of parking, lines at the concession, and bathroom lines. Well, we have a plan to fix these problems. All you need to be is a season ticket holder, have a smartphone, and download our team app.

Our plans are if you are a season ticket holder you have free access to a gated parking lot. The way you get access is to have your smartphone with the scannable bar code on the app, and it'll let you in. By coming in this way, you have your own security section which means fewer people so you can get to your seats faster. Once you're at your seats you never have to leave, by being a season ticket holder and being on your app at the game you can order from any of our concession stands throughout the arena, and one of our staff will bring everything right to your seat. If you left your card in your car, or you choose to leave in your car that's okay too because your information will be safely and securely saved on the app. Making ordering with nothing on you but your phone a breeze. Now to fix the final issue, we are building a male and female access restroom where only season ticket holders can get in to hopefully eliminate the pesky lines when our fans have had too much to drink. Hopefully, these new perks with a smartphone technology can drive our season ticket holder numbers.

Week 2 Discussion

The brand I chose is the Dallas Cowboys they play at the AT&T Stadium. Even though the AT&T Stadium is the home of the Dallas Cowboys, several NCAA both basketball, and football games are played there. Along with concerts from various artists. It seated 80,000 with a retractile roof and was opened 2009. AT&T is one of the biggest mobile phone companies out there. Being the name of the stadium for the Cowboys is a huge advantage in pushing their mobile technology.

The stadium has new interactive technology built into for the fans experience. They have worked to improve the DAS and Wi-Fi capabilities in the arena. According to dallascowboys.com, Since the announcement of the stadium’s new name in the summer of 2013, the cellular network capacity has been increased by more than 50 percent with connectivity equivalent to 17 cell sites, enough to power the entire city of McKinney, a suburb north of Dallas. As technology advances so rapidly in today’s marketplace, the partnership between AT&T and the Cowboys ensures the stadium will be at the forefront, with AT&T addressing the latest innovations that are about to hit the market and figuring out how to incorporate those into the venue in order stay ahead of every other stadium and arena.

The Mobile Phone, Our Greatest Impact on Mobile Technology.

I think you have to say that the mobile phone has to have the greatest impact on mobile technology. Just as you can see from the video you youtube here, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rnKhOJQzaTs&feature=youtu.be, you can actually see the evolution of how the mobile phone has come along. Now everyone has a cell phone, and most people own smartphones of which does everything for you. You can leave your wallet or purse as long as you have your phone. We have become a society so reliant upon our phones, and what they can do for us this is why I feel it has to have the greatest impact on us as Americans.

I'm 34 years of age, and I remember growing up watching the Jetson's cartoon. I always said how cool would it be if we could actually talk to someone on the phone and be able to see them. Nowadays if you don't have Skype no worries, you can still make an android to android video calls. You don't have an android it's okay iPhones do facetime as well. Oh, wait you don't have compatible phones, no worry again, get on and download Google Hangouts, or Snapchat and what I thought was so cool on the Jetson's is just everyday life here now. While thinking of this, I looked at the following website and even though it mainly talks about flying cars it really made me think. While I was so stoked when mom and dad actually got a phone without a cord so I could talk to girls in private, always wishing the Jetson's cartoon was real. As I've stated above, they have started with the phone, but this article says we might be closer to the Jetson's lifestyle than we believe. http://www.article-3.com/wheres-my-jetpack-912808.html.

Maybe thinking space cars is a bit extreme and we may or may not see it during my lifetime. However, you can't deny that just looking at how phones have taken over our everyday life has impacted almost everyone immediately. As I said earlier, you can leave everything except your phone. Your phone can pay for products either online or at a store no matter which smartphone you have. It has your maps on it so you can get around everywhere you wanna go. It stores your numbers so you can reach out in moments of help, and if they don't answer just call or text someone else, someone will eventually answer you. You get pulled over, or God forbid an accident you don't have a wallet on you, again no worries your phone has your ID and insurance right there for you. Also, they keep evolving to help better make our lives more convenient. CNN has some ideas of how the smartphone will change over the next few years in this article, http://www.cnn.com/2012/10/05/opinion/curran-lampe-mobile-phones/index.html, I'm unsure if I agree with it all, but I'm also the guy who never thought we'd be able to look at someone while talking to them on the phone.
